Spare Tyre Question

Hi, I have a converted VW LT31 (used to be an ambulance..) and would like to move the spare tyre to the outside of the van (front preferably..). Any ideas on good spare tyre mounts that would be suitable and how to go about putting one on. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Don't remember ever seeing an LT with the spare on the front, so maybe it can't be put there?

Seen a good few with the spare on one of the back doors, but haven't got an idea at the moment where to get the holder other than the usual suspects (VW dealer, motorfactors, ebay)
