The Crescent Bin Shed

It has come to my attention that some residents from the park, grove etc etc are using the bin shed in the crescent. Even though there is a lock on the shed there appears to be people still using our bins. One noticablly was yesterday emptied his whole car full off refuse sacks into our bin shed. His number plate was taken down and was reported to wyse.

Also another person in the park recently moved in and left all of their furnature packaging in our shed, using two whole skips.

Another person last week from the park did the same. Although they ripped off the number on the delivery dockets.

Guys this is highly unfair as out refuse removal charges are over €10000 a year as it is. Please refrain from using our bins as we don't use yours. How would you lot feel if you woke up one morning to find the bins outside your house/apt filled to the brim with rubbish that wasn't yours.

Also don't forget its highly illegal to use someone else's bins and is classified as illegal dumping, is prosicutable by law and also fineable through management companies

I know this does not relate to everyone, but to the people who it does relate to you know who you are.
