I am thinking of selling a used xbox 360 premium on ebay. I was just looking for pointers in what I would have to do to start sellin. Are there any fees? if so, how much? How much generally should be charged for posting? Thanks in advance

Both eBay and Paypal charge a fee for the listing and payment processing respectively. eBay's fees are listed here.

According to specs, the 360 weighs 3.5kg, so if you say 4kg including accessories then that will cost, according to anpost.ie, €15.50 in IE or €39 to UK for registered. Paypal don't charge a fee for the postal amount so you'll often see sellers pump up this delivery costs so as to make more money, fee free. Factor in the cost of a box and packing too.

You _might_ be better off just selling on adverts.ie or buy and sell and putting in collection only as I don't know if I'd trust the post with an Xbox. If your feedback rating is low you might not get many takers as you may not be trusted. Putting in a reserve price would be one way to ensure you don't end up having to sell it at much below what you want.
