Can a HD Ready tv display HDPS3 without a HDMI??

I bought a HD Ready tv at xmas and now i only learned today that it has no HDMI socekt on the tv. Am i snookered as i intended on using it to see PS3 in HD?:confused:

You can buy a Component cable in most of the game stores.

Also if your TV has DVI - you may use a HDMI-DVI cable.
