Bankroll!!

Hey, i know most of the users on this site are probably well accomplished poker players with healthy bankrolls but i was just wondering if somebody could give me some well needed advice on the subject of building a bankroll through online play? I have chosen to only play STT's for the monent as i believe them to be my strongest game. I have about $100 and my goal is to get it up to around $500 over the next month or so. I have time to burn so i get to play alot, however i find myself playing for too long, especially when i'm losing. I usually play $10 buy in's but as i have had a bad run over the weekend ($290 fri- $100 sun) i will now move down to $5 for a while. My initial deposit was $50. Anyway i'll get to the point! can anybody give me any guidelines as to how many STT's i should be playing in a session or what target ROI i should be aiming for each week. How long should i play for each night? When is it reasonable to move back up the $10 level? Sorry for all the questions but i really desperate to addopt some sort of a responsible strategy towards building a small bankroll. I am usually pretty solid at these games and am quite able to handle the $20 levels too but i know i can't afford to play these right now. After all, that's how i'm down to $100. I want to disipline myself and try to build money slowly instead of being too eager. I feel this eagerness is my main downfallas i am trying to make money fast instead of building over time. I will now be happy with a small profit each session, just to know that i am going up some what. So, what type of stategy should i employ here anybody? For example, over the next 4 weeks what should my weekly aim be?
