Ipod compatability

    not at the moment. I've been trying to hook up mine since I got my USA machine and have still yet to find a way.

    i dont see how it could be compatable ????

    doesnt the ipod need itunes? ..... unless you can download itunes onto linux perhaps?

    Well the 360 can do it, so the PS3 should be able to manage it aswell.

    Its coming up as being recognised when you plug it in (saying ipod) so i don't see why it shouldn't work.

    here's what ya do,

    connect ipod. u c it as a usb device, price triange on it and click display all.
    you are now browsing the fs(hard-drive)
    go into the folder called ipod_control, then into music folder, and then you will see loads of folders called F* (*being a number) this is where youre mp3s/aacs are stored browse a folder and they will appear and become playable.

    Aye, that works. Pity the titles of your AAC files don't get displayed, only your mp3's or is there a way????

    My Ps3 doesnt recognise it I dont think? The iPod charges but I cant see it under anything? (not that I've looked too hard!)

    no prob....no you cant play aac, and i no dont think theres any way yet.

    Can you then put them onto your hard drive and listen to them whilst in a game, simular to the way its done on the 360? Or can you just copy them to the hard drive???

    hi, you can only copy them to the hard drive, i dont think theres anyway to play in game yet.
