    Hi,

First of all apologies for all the questions but any info on any of the points would be greatly appreciated

My pc and tv are in seperate rooms - around 25-30 feet apart and I have a collection of films/files in .avi and .mpeg format. 1/ What do I need to get set up to stream them to my tv? 2/ Are there any special requirements on the tv? 3/ Not too up to speed on streaming but do you need to leave the pc on while watching streaming content (actually thats a bit of a stupid question - I would imagine the answer is "yes"? 4/ I have heard something about Apple TV - am I right in assuming this will stream just from Itunes? 5/ I presume you have to first put the file running on the pc through Windows Media Player/VLC- then can functions like Fast Forward/Rewing etc be controlled from where the tv is

As an aside - I am about to get 1GB wireless BB (only option unfortunately). I am also getting a PS3. 6/ What do I need to get online on my PS3 given that again the PS3 and pc will be in different rooms - some form of wi-fi set up I presume?. 7/ Assuming it is a wi-fi set up what security measures need to be taken to prevent neighbours from hijacking my BB?

    Thanks again folks
