dont worry about it at all........aaaattttt alllllll......there is nothing you can do about it(As far as i know) and there is nothing the doc can do. im assuming we are talking bananna here and not boomerang but either way its nothing to worry about and i have heard girlfriends talking about how these things make a welcome change from "the norm"

It's not that uncommon and were you to go to your doctor, you certainly would not be the first person they have seen with it. In an extreme case you can have an operation to attempt to 'straighten' it, but as long as you can get an erection and ejaculate there is no problem.

Trust me, once a partner has got so close as to see your penis they are not generally bothered which way it points.

If you are talking about Peyronie's disease (google it if you are curious but bear in mind you will get a lot of penis pictures) then you should go to a urologist, however I am not going to get into levels of severity covered as here.

If I may direct you to here item #24 as an example of a curvature survey.

ok thanks guys.. yes we are talking banna shape if not a litte more servere.. there is no problem with erection or ejaculation.. im just abit worried about what a woman would think or if it would hurt me or her?! how would I know if its Peyronie's diease ? thats supposed to be caused by an 'injury' yes? i used to compete in mountain biking competitions when i was 14/15 and hav had a few bad fall, once blasting full force into the frame between my legs which did hurt afterwards so Im wondering if that was it?! im just worried really about it causing problems or discomfort for me or her??

AFAIK, every penis has some curve to it in one direction or another. Some hang left, some hang right. Apparently Clinton's hangs distinctly to the left.

You would check with a doctor. Talk to your GP first (don't worry, they've seen much worse problems).

I can't imagine the shape hurting a woman as they've discovered with CAT scans the vagina bends the penis anyway.

    UnregM414:

If, as you say, "it doesn't hurt ... there is no problem with erection or ejaculation", and so basically there are no other symptoms apart from curvature, it is very unlikely that there is anything wrong. However, if you feel concerned, get it checked out and put your mind at rest. There may be a GP / medical centre with a link to your college, for example?

From experience, no, it won't cause problems or discomfort to either of you. You may need to take a little more care in your initial aim when you reach the penetration stage, that's about it.

I've been told by women that curvature is in fact a good thing! ;)

I have no idea whether there is any physiological basis for that, but I certainly wasn't going to argue with them! :D

Perhaps some of the women on this forum might like to comment?

    Yours in brotherhood,

    Totally UNembarrassed bananaboy :D

If you are very concerned about the state of your penis, then take yourself to your GP or mention it on your next visit. Asking on an internet forum is no substitute for talking to a medical professional.

'As a woman I'd like to reassure you it's not a problem for us women. My boyfriend has the same 'problem', maybe not a severe as you say yours is and he felt awful embarrassed about our first time incase I made any negative comments but I didn't even notice. It wasn't til a while later he mentioned it so I had a good look, there was some curvature but I just said to him 'Yeah, so what? Loads of fellas have that. No big deal' after that he said he's never felt so comfortable with a woman before. I can assure you most women know about these things and aren't bothered AT ALL.'

    Every one?

Mine doesn't, do I have an embarrasing problem I should be concerned about?

I think there's a new procedure where you lay your erect penis on a flat and robust surface and a qualified Penile Therapist beats it back into shape with a large mallet.

    I hope this helps.

Dude, from what I know, curve is good. The only way I can hit a girls G-spot is with the fingers (no snide comments :p ) seriously man. It could well be a plus.

Are you left handed? If so, try wacking off with your right.

Don't see you hang around for much longer either, if that's your attitude.

    Back on topic..

I don't have a left or right curve. I do have a slight upwards curve that seems quite popular. ;)
