    Yes, i read this earlier.

Found it quite an interesting read, along with alot of the hands Jman has been posting lately.

One example, the 55 hand, is thinly related to a theory HJ touched upon in the thread about the Green Joker Tourny hand.

Great article, I think posters here and on other forums are quite familiar with how to calculate ranges etc but he simplifies the process somewhat and hammers home it's importance. Also, it is very interesting how he mathmatically proves why mixing up your game is so important. I'd love to see Sklansky comment on it.

On a side note, the fact that average joe players are reading the likes of these articles is quite worrying..

I thought the exact same thing when reading it.

It's a great article alright, thanks for the link Robin. Don't suppose anyone knows where the samoleus article in Bluff is, I heard about it and searched around but I couldn't figure out his real name?

sry, wasn't clear. I was referring to paragraph 5 where he literally shows us how to calculate hand ranges and the importance of them. It's what you do with that information that is the complicated bit!

    It's here.
Yeah the archive system is really bad, but if you want to find threads by samo and others just use the search fn.
Type -"Re:" into the search terms box, the username your looking for and then the date usually "newer than 1 year".
