K750i - Firmware update

Hi,

Anyone know where I can get the software required to do a firmware update to my K750i ?

I currently have a flashing white screen of death - and I'm not happy !

Had the same problem on my W810i just about over a month back. Mailed Sony E about it and they sent me the link to upgrade. The sony ericsson site has the software... I'll see if I can find the email with the link to the site.

no good I'm afraid - that update service is just for upgrading the phone software.

I think what I need is a firmware upgrade - although I'm not totally sure!

I found this link where I can purchase the fireware upgrade, but I don't know if it's just the same update service I already have.

Email S.E. I upgraded the firmware on the W810i because of the exact same problem. It didn't cost me anything.
Email them.

That's the way I did the firmware update on my phone.

thanks but I tried that and it wouldn't recognise the phone...

so I found this site www.davinviteam.com and for €10, I was able to download their flash utility, latest flash files and do it that way. Phone is back working again.

NickO - I'm with Meteor - does that matter?

The SEUS application didn't recognise the phone, but the one i purchased did.

Anyways, I'm just happy the phone is back working!
