OK I've robbed this idea from the Rick O'Shea show on 2FM this afternoon.

As the clocks are going forward on Sunday, we end up losing an hour of sleep.

If you could re-live an hour of your life what would it be and why?

I would relive the hour that I got married, at the time, I was pertrified that I would cry my eyes out but it was life changing and seeing my husbands face through that time was priceless.

It would be the hour I met my wife. When she shouted "Cor blimey" as I cycled past, I would've kept going. Thank you and good night!

If you re-lived the hour of listening to the Rick O'Shea show, would it turn into some sort of crazy Groundhog Hour?

Id relive the hour I went snowboarding in Germany.

Inexperienced Snowboarder + Very Steep Slope = trip to the scariest hospital in europe.

I said a few wrong things to a girl once. If I could relive that hour I done that stupid thing, I bet we would still be together.

The hour before you started this thread, then I wouldn't know any better.

god its only when you get posed a question like this that you realise how many hours of your life are just wasted... like writing this comment right now.

I'd relive the hour in secondary school when I was around 15 where myself and a few friends decided to smoke some pot on the lunch break before taking the english test after the break... the essays that came out of that test from all of us still bring tears to my eyes with laughter. The look on the English teachers face when handing them back to us was priceless.

I suppose for me it would have to be the hour before my dad died so that I couldve said the things I never got to say to him (maybe he would still be around) due to the really dumb arguement we had during that hour.

Its only when it happens to you that you know what real regret is....

The hour three weeks ago when I decided that it was a good idea to put my blades on instead of my skis and resulted in me now having my leg stuck in a brace due to a torn ligament.

Just so I could experience it again. The hour when I was 14 and I had taken e for the first time. I took three in an hour because I thought it wasn't working then it just started to hit me and the girl I had gone to the party with had just taken e for the first time aswell, and we ended up sleeping together, the first time for that for both of us aswell, with Born Slippy balring in the backround from the decks downstairs. I honestly think that was the best hour of my life to that point and if I live to be 100 will probably still be the best hour of my life altogether. It doesn't matter how bad a humour I'm in since that, all someone has to do is remind me of that night and I'm walking on air for the rest of the week. Even as I type this I have a smile on my face that I now know will last all weekend.

It's only tonight that we lose the hour.

Not every subsequent night until next October.

Interesting. I mean its interesting to see who took the thread to mean "which hour would you like to change" and who took the thread to mean "which hour would you like to re-live again". I'm sure there is some sort of signifigance there somewhere.

Well, I do feel like I was just robbed of an hour. I'd quite like that one back. Failing that, the last hour of the first series of 24 probably. That was a good hour.

Something to do with sexual intercourse, no doubt.
