Hi Folks,

just a quick question, if someone installs a program on a machine, the creation date that appears in the properties, can that be taken as the exact date the program was installed on that pc.

I have a case where someone informed me a program was already running on a machine and i dont think it was. When i look now it is there with a creation date of today, is there any way possible that the program was already on the pc hidden or otherwise and that the creation date has just changed as there was a change made to the programs state?
