    Hope someone can help me. I have Magnet installed in my home and have been unable to hook it up to my dvd recorder to tape programmes. Has anyone been able to do this successfully with Magnet? I previously had NTL and it wasn't a problem, but since switching, I can't get it to work. I've tried connecting the Magnet scart lead to the DVD IN connector, and then connecting another scart lead from the DVD out to the TV, but no joy. Anyone been successful in doing this?

    Might have something to do with the tight controls on their multicast streams, lots of encryption there Im afraid.

    But I could be wrong, stranger things have happened : )

    Are there errors appearing? Or you just cant see the stream when you place the dvd recorder between the STB and the TV?

    It should work ok, the STB converts the IPTV Stream to Analog/Digital and out through the Scart, so the signaling is standard.

    Is the STB manufacturer Amino ?

    Try using the Scart on STB to connections (yellow, Red and white) on the DVDR
