Can legal proceedings be brought against a struck off company or can such a company be prosecuted?

Section 311 of the Principle Companies Act 1963 states the below:

    (6) The liability, if any, of every director, officer and member of the company shall continue and may be enforced as if the company had not been dissolved.

It needs to be read with the remainder of 311, but suffice to say the above is relatively clear and in effect if there are futher amendments I am unaware of them.

Bodies Coporate are designed to operate in perpetuity, unless wound up. Strike offs can be resurrected in addition.
