    I was advised by my physio to take a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement, so off to the internet to see if there were any adverse side effects. Imagine my surprise when I discover that in fact there are bonus side effects!

    Chondroitin sulfate
    The most common side effects are increased intestinal gas and softened stools.

    But I really hate the phrase 'Bum grapes'.


    It's probably cos I reallly like eating grapes but still.....any chance we could not use it??
