Hi my nephew recently broke his DS lite in half, and he's asked me to attempt to repair it. So I am looking for the ribbon cable that connects the upper screen to the main board, I've been looking online and have had no luck finding one. Any one have any ideas where I might get one?

    Thanks

I think you can only get it as part of the screen!!

That's a lot of money when all i need is just a cable, I don't want to spend too much because if the cable does fix it I will still probably need to replace the case which is not cheap either. I would be looking at about 80euro all in to repair it, so they might be better off getting a new one.

Might need to start looking for a broken one for spares.

    Thanks for the help.

You'll need your proof of purchase, and they won't cover it under warranty if it was the result of negligence.
