I ordered a few items on Amazon Uk on the 19th just gone, a couple of books and a dvd. when paying the delivery time was listed as 6/7 days, I didn't opt for a quicker delivery time, a week didn't seem too bad. I just checked my amazon account to see if they had sent the items and delivery is from the 30th march to 10th april. My calculations make that max 22 days:eek: Is this normal for Amazon deliveries, say 6/7 days but actually mean 3 weeks.Anyone else had the same expierence.

I haven't ordered from Amazon in ages, but it was their postage charge and delivery times that turned me away from them.
Play was getting things to me within a week, CD Wow about 2 weeks and Amazon were anything up to 3 weeks.
If I'm paying for postage I would expect my package to arrive withing 5 working days.

Agreed with Rabies, for the postage charge, I would expect it alot faster.

I also agree with Rabies. Last item I ordered from Amazon, which was last January using a gift voucher, it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.

Usually (with the exception of gift vouchers :)) I would use Play, CDwow and Book Depository for books and discs
