Parking in the crescent

Lads and lassies, i know we're having parking issues in the crescent, and i also know there are parking issues all over the place in charlesland. I understand that we up in the crescent only have one and a half parking spaces per apartment, but seriously is this the way to use the half parking space allocated to you????
