    Hi Folks,

    Sorry cant see this asked before on this forum.

    A friend is planning on sending me 4 x 75cl bottles of my fav cap'n morgans spiced from England.

    I just want to know the customs implications of this are.
    What is the max I can recieve?
    If i'm over the max and it gets caught will I get a bill or will the bottles be seized?
    If I get a bill, how much roughly?

    Oh btw, I did try and source this from the revenue site and the only answer I could get was 10L..I somehow think I'm getting the wrong info.

    I know that if you were to bring this stuff over yourself you would be absolutely fine but I'm not sure what the deal is when it's sent to you by post or international courier.

    Just make sure your friend packs the box well :)

    Of course they sell capt morgan here ya know. Not too much in the differance considering conversion rates and postage :P
