    Hi,
I have a 1.4ghz 512mb laptop and the graphics are on-board. I installed AOE3 and was playing away fine until I got to a map where there was sea.. when a few ships are in a battle the whole game seizes up..it's like the game is demanding 2 much from the graphics..
what can I do about this, if anything??

Also, what is the simplest utility to tell me more about my graphics card (inte) like memory etc..

    Thanks,
    techguy

Onboard gfx is mostly rubbish as is 512 of ram for most of todays games. AoE3 is no easy game on gfx card and I'm sorta surprised to hear you played it all tbh.

Heh, I did the same. grand game until the water bits - nothing you can really do, other than try and let sea battles happen off screen :)
