    Most people at these seminars have never been at a pressure point seminar. So no matter what grade you are you may learn something?

    In general a weekday seminar costs 25 euro for a 2 or 2.5 hour session, and weekend courses cost 30 euro for a 3 or 4 hour session. Where do you live? I can see if there is one close for you??
