    Hi
between an extension to the house and being away for a while , I have not had the bike out in 1.5years - I know

    So,
over the next two months -it's getting an overhaul. '82 Ltd750.

My insurance was up in july 05 - have I anyhting to worry about.
questions they may ask - I was with CN.
Do I need to renew before the 2 years -to keep the NCB.

what other insurers are there now - age 36..!

    thx

    K

Yeah, for some weird reason bike insurers seem to accept NCB up to two years ago only, whereas with cars it's five years IIRC. To be honest, at 36 and with a '82 bike I'd be surprised if anyone beats the CN classic policy at 380 quid for TPFT. Breakdown assistance included.

If your insurance lapses by more than two years - car or bike, you lose ALL your NCB.

If you need to, insure it, even if it's not ready...........you'll be sorry if you don't. Or, if you've got a Honda 50, that'll do for now.............

BTW - this applies to cars as well, folks..........damhik...........I've had this confirmed by both CN and Hibernian.........

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

I have an 88 Gixr 750 covered as a classic for e380 with CN, includes breakdown recovery.......not bad for a 140mph bike.
