Problem with 3 phone as modem

I signed up for the 100MB bundle last night and hooked up my phone (SE K610i) to the PC and connected up to the internet. I can resolve domain names and I can ping much anything. I can't browse the web, though. Do I need to use a proxy or what's up with this?
