ports unable to listen

    a few days ago I was downloading something and I notice the download was going 23kbps on 3MB broadband !!

    I reset my IP figuring that I was being DdosS'd it worked for about 30 seconds and then it was back to the 23kbps.

    I scrubbed reinstalled etc etc and instead of just using symantec corporate edition security I installed Visnetic firewall and AVG.

    So I have three firewalls(including windows firewall which I have switched off)
    and I'm trying to install a server as i had before but it will not work!
    But it did before I reinstalled

    what am I doing wrong?

    Isn't having more than one firewall running a big "No no"?

    Yep, definately a big no-no.
    Try it without a firewall fullstop. That at least eliminates the firewall as a problem.

    Who are you with for BB?
    Have you exceeded your BB traffic limit?
