I caught the highlights last night of London Irish v Wasps, and it contained the worst excuse of rugby ever seen.

Game was tied 13-13 and back rower Manuel Leguizamon was clean through and decides to 'superman' over the line, up he goes, and drops the ball and lends with a face full of grass.

that image doesn't do it justice, so I'm on the lookout for a video of it.

Anyway, it's something i dislike, celebrating before scoring.

If anyone can find the video, it's possibly the funniest thing seen ever on a rugby field.

    what was the final result

London Irish won but it took a penalty near the end to do it, that dropping of the ball was absolutely hillarious though, right up their with dominici last year.

The french only love dropping the ball over the line, if I was the coach i'd make him run the length of the pitch three hundred times with ball in hand making him touch the ball down with two hands each time while chasing him with rotweillers...

    Leguizamon is a Puma ?

Anyway another try in that game had someone finger wagging before touch down as well.

Just ground the ball then celebrate :)

Result was 16-13 to Irish, imagine if they lost :)

    Hes a Puma all right.

From a spectator point of view its great to watch and from a fan the 99/100 when it happnes ok its cool too.

Id say managers hate it though!

My God I love these!!! Happens rarely but God, when it does it's fantastic!!!

Reminds me of Domici's cock up against the Italians a couple of years back. Ball hits the knee as he's about to score the try and he ends up knocking on... Can't find it on YouTube though...
