    Have a friend with a core 360 who's looking to trade it in for a ps3. Anyone know of any good deals going?

    That's not too bad considering I dont think he uses the 360. Anyone know any deffinite offers that are going in any of the shops like smyths/game/gamestop?

    Game have a flyer in the window!! I can't remember what it was but it was something like €200 off the ps3!!

    If I remember correctly,

    Core gets you €175 off (as does a Wii)
    Premium gets you something like €270

    Congrats. I was waiting for someone to say that :rolleyes: I thought someone on here might know and save me ringing Game and Gamestop and Smyths and whatever other shops that are selling the PS3. I'm not really pushed enough to ring them all. It's not for me it's for a friend and he can go in a check on friday if he wants. Just thought I'd see if anyone knew anything in here. Others might also find the information useful ;)

    can't remember the exact trade in price, its less than a hundred Euro anway, they will buy second hand consoles anyway, might be worth asking.

    I'm actually thinking of doing this, I love my 360 but it is out of warranty and we all know how reliable they are, I've also played everything I want to play on it for now so I'm very tempted to trade in the 360 and 10 or so games for a PS3 and then go and get the new improved 360 when it comes out later in the year.
