I'm fairly sure I've a minute shard of glass too small to see in one of my fingers. I've been trying unsuccessfully to get it out for a good bit. Do I have to get it out or can I just flake on a bit a savalon and a plaster or will it then get infected?

i'm sure Indy or someone will have a better answer, but as far as i know they like to remove them as they could move around and cause damage inside, i think they can do an xray and locate it, but im not sure. depending on what the glass is from, you should consider getting a Tetanus Booster if you haven't had one recently. my friend knelt on a piece of glass a few weeks ago and had to get a tetanus.
