PC very slow

Hi All,

my laptop has recently become very slow. I ran Hijacthis and below is the log.
Can anyone spot anything unusual? Appreciate your help guys!!

Zod, I only have AVG7 that is the only one installed as far as I know.
Do you see another?

Download a program called spybot from www.safer-networking.org and run it, it checks and clears spyware which usually is the cause of slow pc's. Mind you 2 anti virus programs does not help either!!!!

Thanks Techie, I've already run Spybot and AdAware both updated with very last definitions available and deleted everything they found.
