Anyone ever buy from this crowd?

Im got sick of waiting with dabs.ie so I cancelled my order

Just want to know about this company? Any people on here ever order from them?

I cant see any problem there doesnt seem to be and warnings on credit cards having to have exact details like dabs! Im pretty sure there like komplett where all you need is a credit card number and a delivery address :D

    Thanks.

Ordered from them once, found them a bit pricey compared to everyone else.

    HI

I only used them once, had no problems with them.

When I bought from them you could also collect from their warehouse, not sure if they still do so you can save on postage

    Regards

I bought a pc off them before, they were brilliant I have to say, phoning / emailing to check stuff with me and phoning me back when they said they would, etc.

The only problem I had was I ordered a basic 19" crt, and when they loaded the boxes into my car, the monitor got wedged in the back and it took two of us to get it out again.

I think it depends what you are looking at. Got some printers from them which compared very favourably with other vendors. Laptops are not too bad either but a lot of the rest of it is.
Service was when they said it would come.

Find them a little more expensive than others but the service is exceptional for an online retailer. For this, I gladly pay the extra few quid.

Anyone notice that most of their stock is listed as "1-2 days"? Nearly everything is.....you can still place the order but I was wondering how accurate it is?

as far as i'm aware the bulk of elara's stock is held in their warehouse in the UK. when you order they tell the warehouse to send it to them on a overnight service. they have it the next day then you have it the day after that.
