    For some time i have found this forum to be informative. However it seems once every month or two this bullsh1t of TMA vs MMA rears its ugly head.

    I'll admit I am a MMA fan, who competes in MMA, BJJ (if i can find my pyjamas),sub wrestling and freestyle wrestling, just so you all know where I'm coming from.

    I will just refer to this latest post of contention re ninjitsu in meath,

    Can we just agree that if a poster asks a question about a MA that we just stick to said MA and just assume that said poster has the intelligence to click on other threads relating to other MA if he so desires. Seems simple doesn't it?

    As an individual, the last thing I want is a forum where everyone is coming from the same viewpoint.

    To all the MMA guys:

    Not everyone wants to train to.....
    (a) fight in a cage
    (b) fight in a street
    (c) impress people with their real world fighting skills

    To all the TMA guys

    Don't think that 1 or 2 MMA fans speaks for all, loads more people read this crap that we all write than contribute.

    Enjoy your training

    It seem's very simple, apart from this forum's rules. One of which states;

    "4. If the thread wanders off topic, accept it. Conversations are organic, and will change. Obviously completely OT posts will be removed."

    That gave just about everyone in that thread the nod to post whatever sh*t he wanted to.

    I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm in complete agreement with you infact.

    Actually I PM'd that lad earlier today and apologised on behalf of the 'adults' on the forum. Probably not my business, but I'm a father with a son the same age as that lad and felt for the kid.
