    Actually,quite a fun little piece,and even worth chucking into your personal kit ,if you do wildfowling or deer stalking as a emergency signal kit.dont expect genuine flare pistol capabilities,but try getting a flare pistol around here...

    Actually you can get mini flare pistols here no problem, they are called pains-wessex miniflares.

    Cheers CJ.:D Didnt think you could get those,what with "fireworks laws" and whatnot....What is exactly the law on flare pistols here.IE Verey pistols,shermuly flare&line launchers and the HK mag loaded flare launcher?

    Not sure about Very pistols, I am not even certain if they are still manufactured.
    Modern flares are compact and powerful so the need for the Very pistol is not what it used to be.
    Line guns are here and afaik are not restricted in any way, but they are big yellow plastic cylinders now not the old style break open pistol grip.
    Not sure about the 26.5mm flare pistols they are kind of collectable and probably not suitable for practical use anymore, besides the ammo isn't exactly common.
