hello i got a new mobo ram and gf card but i am useing old hard drive whit vista on it when i turn the pc on it keeps restarting even if i try go into safe mode i can get into the recovery console but i dont no how to use it can anyone help thanks

If you have a new MB, RAM and Graphics card, windows is unlikely to work if it's preinstalled on the HD. The system change would be too much for it to handle. You're best bet is to reinstall vista and let it detect and install the correct drivers for the new hardware.
