the most smaltzy marketed irish crap I've ever seen, Im mean riverdance was similar the eurovision half time show was phenomenal act but I never gone to see the whole show, this just looks so much more platic paddy. There huge is the US I hear Irish AMericans more money then taste.

I spotted it on PBS (Public Broadcast Service) one of the local channels, they were using the program as a method of fund raising so they can keep buying programs and keep the station running. /me flicked over immediately and went to vomit.

I nearly choked on my dinner earlier when yer blonde wan comes vaulting onto the stage with fiddle flying... I thought it was a pisstake for a minute and then realised it was in fact TV3 I was watching and that this programme will actually be airing on there some time tomorrow....thankfully I'll be in an alcohol induced stupor by then.

As fot he yanks? They'll swallow anything...they think we all go around talking about our lucky charms on a donkey n cart...this sort of manafactured crap is right up their alley...

When I was over in New York a few weeks ago, their cd's and dvd's were EVERYWHERE! They were being heavily marketed in the run up to Paddys Day. I was embarrassed to be Irish tbh when I saw the posters of them all over the place.

Just saw that ad as well sweet Jesus that's the worst most embarrassing piece of Irish entertainment since Boyzone's first appearance on the Late Late!

Record company did ask me to do one of those Celtic Chillout albums once using samples of old trad bits I admit I did it for the money!
Quite tasteful though not a bit twee!
