Sky "buy stuff" red dot

    Is there any way to get rid of those really annoying buy stuff red dots?? We pay a reasonable amount of money for a quality reception and I keep getting this pop up dot thing, grrr :mad:

    I am guessing that you already know about the 30 second timeout option in the services menu? Other than that I do not think we can get rid of the damned thing.

    I noticed recently that it has started to pop up more and more DURING programmes and not just at the beginning or after an ad break....very annoying!

    Thanks i found the 30sec option, I was hoping for more. Think its a bit of a joke, I can understand them being on by default, but we should be able to switch them off in the menu

    Pressing backup gets rid of them when they pop up.:)
