    Here is a great piece on John Ngugi, the Kenyan legend who won 5 world cross-country titles. I'll always remember his long loping running style gliding over the muck and sh*te usually about 200m ahead of the rest of the field. This was back in the day when cross country was real harrier running and not the golf course stuff of recent years. Shame the missed test suspension somewhat blotted his career.
