Should be pretty insane. guaranteed to have a massive crowd with 3 of the best tribute acts around. It's happenin 2 weeks before Rage Against The Machine's reunion in L.A. so if ya can'rt make the trip, don't miss this gig.

here's a video of Bulls On Parade's cover of Wake Up, we uploaded recently. we'll have some more up pretty soon.... Vietnow, No Shelter and Renegades, I think.. but I'm open to suggestions. to anyone who hasn't seen The Grudge or Mashing Pumkins... these guys kick ass. 2 of the best tribute bands your likey to ever see. The Grudge played the music centre a coupla weeks back and had a full light and projection show, similar to Tool's. I couldn't make the gig but heard it was class. can't wait for this one. hope to see ya's there

its also funny when i was handing it over i said the talk of this gig and he dident even know it was on lol....

Don't much like any of the bands. (The odd Smashing Pumpkins song maybe.) But I do like the idea of a covers band gig. More should be had.

What the story with tickets for this, I assume it be at the door, or do ya need to get one beforehand.

yea, it's just pay in at the door. Should be packed out though from what I hear. All the papers and magazines have the gig advertised as €12 admission but it's definately just €10.

nah, Rage won't play Ireland or anywhere other than the 4 dates in the states this year. I'm goin to the reunion gig in L.A. in 3 weeks. Hopefully they'll take some time out and do an album then a world tour next year.

Just in from it. What a fantastic way to spend a thursday night on easter holidays! It lasted 5 hours. Yes 5 hours (MP:1.5+ TG:1.5+BOP:2 hours) for €10! A great laugh, there were so many things i'll have to wait a while for them to all sink in. Seeing the Mashing pumpkins lead man at the end smashed was a highlight as was when the lead of BOP stage dived and was caught by nothing but the floor (i think)! Highly recommended. I'd have given a tenner to see anyone of the bands playing!

lol, nope, I landed on my feet (I think) people were gettin thrown around and there just happened to be noone there when I jumped. or something... meh. being last on means more time drinking beforehand :S Was a class crowd there, cheers everyone for comin out. The videos look mental. I need to sleep now

yea, prob get one or 2 up by tomorrow hopefully. we'll haveto do another gig like this over the summer. There's a class ALice In Chains tribute we're thinkin of addin to the mix aswell

Fookin best value gig ever, my neck is still sore from headbangin. mashing pumpkins were great, billy voice is so hard to pull off, but was done nicely. The Grunge were absolutely amazing, as good as the real thing! BOP were the best tribute band to RATM i'd ever seen (including audioslave!!!). Sean, tell us here about any more gig ya have over the summer, I'll be there.
