    Looking good john. Pity you couldn't have come up to the intervarsity you would have done very well in the white belt category. I saw 'badger' at it.

    LOL, good ol' badger - He's a machine, enters every category humanly possible and keeps on going. Yeah, I've been very ill since December so I've taken a step out of competition. I shouldn't really be sparring hard either, but I just had a good day yeserday. Some days I feel ok, other days I feel :(

    I know I made lots of mistakes in the videos, which is why I took them - just so I could get an idea of how I've setting things up and so forth.
