About half an hour ago my sky channells went down, the only ones that are still working are the sports and movies everything else gone...sky one, paramount and even the Irish stations. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes have tried it but the stations are still gone, it's just giving a message on the screen to upgrade your package to include these channels call this number.... but surely if the premium channels are working fine the others should be aswell.

go to services then option 4. then press 0 1 then select. go to new installation press select and then select again. should come up scanning channels. if that doesnt work you face the dreaded phone call to sky;)

So I rang them and they claim that the direct debit has not been paid for two months and there is an outstanding balance of €155, I find that impossible to believe as there is always plenty left in to pay for it.

How come there was no letter sent to inform me I owe money or to inform me that they are going to cut it off if I don't pay. Anyone else had any problems like this with them?

I got a letter recently from them to say I owed them €70 for my prem plus season ticket. I ordered it over the phone last May and booked it using my credit card. Got onto the bank to check if it was taken out of my card May/June and it hadn't.

I rang them and told them it was disgraceful sending me a threatening letter 9 months later. The girl was all apologies and I got a letter of apology and receipt in the post a few days later.

Still quite annoyed with them though
