Seems there is some construction work being carried out on the road from Lusk to Rush. The local gossips (read: taxi drivers) reckon it is on behalf of NTL/Chorus. Could this mean that cable Broadband/TV/Phone is on the way?
Anyone else come across such information?

Typically MAN stands for Metropolitan Area Network when used in the context of networks or telecommunications in general. MANS is the aforementioned pluralised eg. Metropolitan Area Networks.

This is a brief description of MAN by Wikipedia.

damn, godskitchen beat me to the reply. :)
