Application form blunder

I've been offered a job with a big financial firm in London.

However I have made a blunder on my application form.

    I put down a b2 for Irish when I actually got a b3.

I realised this when I checked my results yesterday. I honestly thought I got a b2 and wasn't sure of the result due to it not being one of my top six subjects.

    What to do now?

I'm not so sure if they check up on all the info. If they do ask put it down as a mistake. Should be fine.

I can't imagine any firm in London giving a crap what results you got in Irish to be honest! If it's spotted, just acknowledge that it was an honest mistake.

lol, when I had LC results on my CV they were pure fantasy. I dont even put them on any more. Dont worry about it.

    Thanks lads....

They actually asked me for a copy of results for exemptions so i'll prob just give that and explain.

I afraid that one of the companys i applied for in Ireland might ring around to the other applicants i said i applied to. I'm overworried I think. any stories of guys that didn't get jobs due to false cv details??

common enough with salaries I'd say

Yeah tell them, but they'll know it was a genuine mistake - its not like you put down a B when you had actually failed!
