    For the price it's good.

    Depending on your usage, you may consider sticking in another gig of RAM at some stage. Dell are VERY expensive for RAM, so I'd suggest purchasing it form somewhere like crucial and putting it in yourself - think Lego blocks fitting together, it's that easy.

    Again, depending on your requirements, the graphics card may need replacing as, in terms of the latest games, its a piece of crap.

    If you haven't selected it already, I would suggest that you get a 10/100BT Ethernet adapter. Actually, the more I think about it the more I believe this comes as standard.

    Get rid of McAfee. There are excellent free AV programs out there. I think you will find that many people here will have something like AVG, Avast or AntiVir installed.

    If your fitting the ram your self, dont forget the anti static strap and hold it by the edges. Never touch the circut or contacts on the ram or you might as well dump it.
