    Hello i am a lecturer in a college and i hava a student who is looking for a programme who can help with his ECDL who speaks and says whats going on and so forth. Any programme that will read the text or not. Thanks much appreciated.

    You can get some screen reading software called Jaws which is aimed at people with disabilities

    Ask the person to contact AssistIreland.ie they should be able to help.
