Rumour - The Police - Slane?

    One of my workmates just told me she heard a "rumour" that The Police may be doing Slane Castle? Has anyone heard anything about this.............. keep me update! J

    Yeah I read in the paper this morning that there is rumoured to be two Slane dates this summer with The Rolling Stones playing the first date and The Police playing the second.

    Around when are tickets usually on sale for Slane cause both these gigs (if true) would be worth going to!

    As has been said, both The Rolling Stones and The Police are confirmed to play Slane.

    Prince is also rumoured, but for Electric Picnic....!!

    Slane may look good for this gig.

    The Slane concerts have been promoted by and affiliated with MCD for as long as I remember. I'm going to close this, however if the upcoming Slane gig happens to be under a different promoter I'll let it be known and discussion can resume.
