some betting paterns??

    the earlier thread about online tells brought this up.

    what do the following betting patterns normally mean. I've come across them quite a bit recently.

    example 1 :
    you raise from the button and hit top pair on the flop. you bet the flop and he calls. you bet the turn and he calls. ( you still have TP) River is blank and he bets out for the pot.

    example 2:
    guy min raises preflop and then bets the pot on the flop.

    I know what they have had anytime I called but what your opinions?

    Example 1:It depends a lot on the texture of the flop.if the board is very drawy this can mean a missed flush/straight draw.although not always obviously.if theres no draws out there then you are behind here an awful lot of the time.

    Example 2:Too vague could mean anything really.

    Can be a set a lot.
