    Hi redroos1968
You will need to install a quad lnb on your satellite dish if it doesnt already have one this basicially has for outputs this is easily enough done by removing the old lnb and putting on the new one. Then you need to run a new cable to the room where u are installing the 2nd box. If you want all channels that u have on your main box u will need to get a multiroom sub which costs an additional 15 euro per month on top of your main sub. Please ensure both boxes are connected to your telephone line at all times as sky regulary check up to make sure u dont use it at a different address.

Get a dual lnb to replace the single one on your dish and run a co-ax from your dish to your second box. you will only recieve the fta channels unless you get another card.

Correct, if you want subscription channels call Sky on 0818 719 819, Give your name , address and existing viewing card number and ask for a mirror sub card to be sent out. make it clear that you already have a second box installed or they may try sending sn installer out to upgrade you. €15 per month on top of existing sub.

You will get 45 or so free TV channels with no subsbcription
The UK card adds C4, Five, Five US, Five Live.

A mirror sub requires a phone line, is €15 extra and is a separate NEW card that does the same channels as the existing card.
