noticed the ads for Irish dating sites around the place and all the gorgeous girls, Sandra from Dundrum or Paula from Swords, and they aren't even Irish, Irish girls aren't that good looking tbh

They just use a script to guess where you live and then fill in the location based on that.

I tried to online date but after a while it is usually the guy who drifts off . I like the online relationships but most of the time they never last once they realize how far apart each one is from one another.

Yeah the online dating works for some and not for others. Its worked so far for me, am seeing a great guy at the moment. Think a lot of it boils down to luck and timing as well, I had two dates cancel at the last minute two nights in a row and thought f**k it, I'm going to hit on the first guy whose profile I like because I am bored.....hey presto....haven't looked back since! Had met two or three guys previously from the sites and for various reasons we decided not to take the relationship further, these guys are lovely genuine people and are still in touch regularly to catch up on the gossip!

After the breakup of yet another relationship , this time short time, I'm staying well away from relationships -- i seam to bring the worst out of women -- so i'm taking a major break -- so online dating is about the last activity i'd participate in right now !

Fair point , my problem i seam to attract or am attracted to the wild mood swinging , passionate ladies , great in the short term -- but long term !!!!
But i'm sure i'm part of the problem too, maybe one day i'll find true love , if such a thing exists , but not today or anytime soon !
