As you can see in my sig the wii has now sold over 5 million consoles since american launch date (November 19th). This is a worldwide figure. It has sold half the amount of xbox360s that have been sold which is quite a feat knowing that the 360 came out November 2005. So to conclude in 4 months the wii has sold half the amount of consoles as the xbox has sold in 16 months.

Figures don't mean too much -- unless compare how many 360s were sold in first 4 months.

I don't know about that but as a general rule I think a post's content should be larger than the signature Good for the big N that they have sold so many but I'm disappointed at the lack of AAA titles. I haven't bought a Wii game since Zelda TP.

I have 2-3 times the amount of Gamecube games that I do Wii games and I never had a gamecube before the wii. Have as many VC titles as wii games too. Can't wait for more games to come out.

Do you trust that site to be completely accurate?
Also would consoles not traditionally always sell at a faster rate in their first few months?

Also, I'm going to join the chorus of "please give us more A++ titles Nintendo!!"
