Extracting Data from an Outlook PAB file

    Hi Guys, I was wondering if any of you guys know if there is anyway of opening a PAB file outside of Outlook?

    I've recently switched jobs and when I try import my Old Pab file into Outlook all I get is 10 addresses when I know there are many many more in there


    any thoughts

    did you try and exprot to a .csv file form the file menu in outlook and see if all the data shows up there????

    go > file -> Import/export -> export to file -> comma seperated values -> select the address book

    See if all the data appears here, are there any view filters applied on the contacts folder in outlook that might only be showing some of the names?

    Were the ten that you have now actually saved as contacts? Outlook also uses an nk2 file which is used for autocompleting email adresses. This would normally be saved under your profile.
