Has anyone else not recieved DVDs lately?

    I've recently ordered a couple of DVDs that I've never recieved, 1 on Ebay, and 3 from play.com

    The DVD from a seller on Ebay was sent on the 8th of February, and supposedly a replacement sent at the end of Feb when the first one hadn't arrived. Still nothing.

    As for the 3 from play.com, one was sent on the 1st of March, and 2 were sent on the 8th. I'm not too worried about the 2 recent ones, but the first one is way overdue!

    I'm asking this to see if anyone else has had any problems similar to this, as maybe it's An Post's fault.

    Are they coming from the UK? if not they could be held up at customs, If you dont get them you are intitled to your money back (less post) if you use Paypal, takes a month to get after a claim is lodged.

    No problems here - Fairview delivery office in Dublin.
    Got four deliveries which included DVDs last week.

    I've got DVDs from play and sendit in the last 3 weeks. Neither delivery took more than a week to arrive. I've also had a few small items from eBay sellers sent by standard airmail from the UK and all arrived in a few days.

    Play will re-send any missing items after a 14 day period so you could contact them about the first one now. You might want to give that another day or two though as I've often had a 2 week (or slightly longer) delivery time from them. Strange the way it goes sometimes.
