As the title says. I was playing a cash table earlier and two of the players were chatting in an east european (i think:rolleyes: ) language. I pinged a manager to complain and waited 1hr 10 mins with no reply. WTF????

I must admit I've only had to click the "manager" button the once, and it took about 18 minutes for a reply, where as with the old software, replies were very prompt.

Is it more awkward for customer support to use this support, and the manager chat isn't timestamped which doesn't help.

when i read the title of the post, I thought there was going to be a funny joke inside.... Looks like PPP is the only real Joke here !

It really baffles me why people who read this forum still play on PPP, there must be a similar thread to this one nearly every week, and it's not always from brand new 1 post accounts, who probably don't know any better. I presume they're reading the same threads as me and see the level of customer service provided by GJP and the lengths they go to keep their customers happy and to provide value to them (e.g.). I also can't remember the amount of times I've read Mike (Shortstack) giving out his mobile number on this site to people who need to contact him directly.

Just to be clear, I have no ties to GJP, not even an affiliate agreement, but I think they are so far ahead of PPP, that it's criminal that people who read this forum are still playing on PPP.

Well i've been meaning to sign up to GJP, but I downloaded it there now and seen no satellites for future GJP Live Events, how come?

Also do they do cashback or rakeback or some sort of VIP schemes?

...the only reason i've played PPP to date is its very quick depositing/withdrawing ...and it's instantly integrated with their bookmakers/casino.

I've sent you a PM regarding our loyalty scheme.

Satellites for the Festival and Monthly gme go live soon, Festival qualifiers start from $1.10!

GJP's accounts can easily be used on Bluesquare's Sportsbook and Casino.

Why not put this loyalty scheme up for all to see? Is it against the boards policy on advertising or somethin'?

Either way, can you pm said scheme to my self as i wouldn't mind taking a look. Thinking of joining la revolution vert as it were, due to the phenomenal reports from other posters.
